4. The Manvel Municipal Court is offering virtual court hearings. Virtual court allows defendants to resolve eligible cases remotely through a video conference with the judge. You must have a webcam or built-in camera with sound and video on your device for virtual court. 

   You may request a virtual court hearing by filling out this form and submitting it online. YOU MUST FILL IN ALL OF THE FIELDS. If a question does not apply, write "not applicable" or "N/A" in the space. The court will contact you with the date and time of your scheduled hearing.
