City of Manvel Lifts Burn Ban

Image of a fire outdoors. The City logo is on top with "Burn ban Lifted" written.

After consideration of recent rainfall, review of the recommended Keetch-Byram Drought Index (KBDI), and consultation with Brazoria County, the Office of the Fire Marshal of the City of Manvel has made the decision to lift the burn ban. This means that residents can once again engage in controlled outdoor burning activities.

The City of Manvel wishes to remind residents to exercise caution when engaging in outdoor burning. Safety should remain a top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fire-safe environment for everyone.
