Manvel Town Center (MTC)

Located on the northwest corner of Highway 288 and Highway 6, Manvel Town Center (MTC) is one of the largest commercial projects in Manvel. Managed by Weitzman   Group, the project sits on 273 acres of land and will host one million square feet of retail, entertainment, hospitality, medical, and office space. The center is surrounded by the City's rapid housing growth and is also able to capitalize on the heavy vehicular traffic from 288 and HWY 6. Major grocery anchor H-E-B was one of the first to confirm tenancy at MTC. View the current site plan or view Weitzman 's brochure.

In addition to H-E-B, Weitzman is targeting a balanced retail tenant mix, including restaurants, fitness centers, home furnishings, and other local, regional, and national concepts. A list of current confirmed and proposed tenants of the development can be found on Weitzman 's Manvel Town Center website.

Alongside commercial development, MTC also is home to the City of Manvel's newest water and wastewater treatment plants. Since coming online in February 2023, the MTC Water Plant has provided an additional 1.7 million gallons of water to the city per day.

The City of Manvel and Weitzman Group broke ground on the Project on June 22, 2021, and commercial construction began in January of 2023. View the concept rendering of Manvel Town Center.
