Burn Ban In Effect as of February 11, 2026

Please be advised that a 90-day burn ban is currently in effect for Brazoria County. The Manvel Fire Marshal's Office will NOT accept any Open Burn Permit applications until further notice. All previously approved open burn permits will be placed on hold for 90 days. All open burn operations within Manvel city limits are prohibited until the burn ban is lifted.
