Suspicious Vehicle in Rodeo Palms Subdivision
August 18, 2005

On Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at approximately 11:10 p.m., Manvel Police Officer JD Green observed a suspicious vehicle in the Rodeo Palms Subdivision located off of SH288. The vehicle, a white Chevy van, was found to be occupied by two subjects. Upon further investigation by the Officer, the two subjects were found to be stealing sheets of OSB plywood from one of the residences that were under construction.

The first subject was identified as Leonardo Flores out of Dickinson. The second subject was identified as Juan Acosta out of League City. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Theft (Class A Misdemeanor) and Public Intoxication (Class C Misdemeanor). Both subjects were transported and booked into the Brazoria County Detention Center without incident.
