Henry was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements when he failed to re-register 30-days after his birthday.

After performing a background check on Henry, Lt. Bell found that Henry had two felony warrants for his arrest out of the Commonwealth of Virginia for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Probation Violation.

Henry could be sentenced up to 10 years for the Third Degree Felony and faces a fine up to $10,000.  Henry's bond has been set at $10,000. There has been no bond set on the Virginia charges, but Henry will be awaiting extradition once he has served his time for the Manvel case.
