Narrative of Incident:

Officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Bissell in reference to a one-vehicle roll over accident involving a 1989 Gray Ford Mustang driven by Rosharon resident Justin Mark. Upon the Officer’s arrival Mark was trapped in his vehicle and Manvel Emergency Medical Services and Manvel Fire Department was dispatched to the scene. Mark had to be extracted from the vehicle by Manvel Fire Department. Manvel EMS transported Mark to the parking lot of Manvel High School on Morris Ave where he was flown to Houston Herman Memorial Hospital via life flight due to a head injury. The case is under investigation by the Manvel Police Department. No drugs or alcohol are expected at this time. Officers on the scene stated that it appeared that Mark was traveling at a high rate of speed.
