Narrative of Incident:

On 09/28/2005 at 11:12 PM Officer Green was dispatched to SH288 northbound just north of Morris Ave in reference to an EMS call involving a female that had fallen out of a vehicle.

A call was placed to Manvel Dispatch about a white female, who was bleeding, lying on the shoulder of SH288. The victim stated she was not pushed from the vehicle, but had jumped out herself. The reason she gave for he jumping out the vehicle was that no one would help her get out of the hospital. After further investigation, it was determined that the female had been recently released from a mental hospital.

Manvel EMS transported the victim to Ben Taub Hospital for treatment.
